CWTI and The Teacher Center of Central Westchester

We are delighted to announce that the Central Westchester Teacher  Institute is the new umbrella organization for The Teacher Center of  Central Westchester.  It was established to stabilize the Teacher Center  in the face of no state funding in 2010-2011 and to guarantee its fiscal  and programming health in the near- and long-term future.

The Teacher Center of Central Westchester, a curriculum and professional development center for teachers, was founded in 1984. Throughout the years, it has provided a variety of staff development programs and services designed to meet the needs of a nine-district consortium and the Westchester-Putnam Catholic Schools.
